Work experience
After completing a double degree in Law between the Alma Mater University of Bologna and the Complutense University of Madrid, Anna undertook an internship with the Legal Team of one of the leading Italian and global automotive companies. Upon coming into contact with the company's trademark portfolio, she developed a strong passion for the field and decided to pursue a career in Industrial Property.
Following a period at the Rome office, Anna joined Jacobacci in November 2024 at the Turin office.
Professional focus
Anna works closely with the Partners in managing trademarks, handling tasks from the preliminary stages before filing, such as trademark searches, registrability analysis, and strategic filing advice, to managing the post-registration phases. She is responsible for drafting contractual documents, such as coexistence agreements and licenses, as well as preparing observations for both the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (UIBM) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). Through her work, Anna continuously enhances and broadens her expertise in the field of Industrial Property. Additionally, Anna actively participates in negotiations and manages the daily cooperation with foreign agents.
