Work experience

Aude has worked in several Firms of Industrial Property Attorneys and Firms of Lawyers renowned in the field of intellectual property law, that allows her to acquire expertise in both advice and litigation activities in intellectual property law, but also in unfair competition law and consumer law. Aude had a first experience at Jacobacci & Partners (Paris, Lyon) in 2013/2015, then joined Jacobacci Coralis Harle (Paris) in 2017.

Professional focus

Aude advises clients on the acquisition and protection of intellectual property rights. She has experience in particular in filing strategies of trademarks and designs in France and abroad, conducting of prior right searches, management of portfolios of intellectual property rights and administrative proceedings in France and abroad in coordination with local agents, and trademarks monitoring. Aude also assists clients in negotiating and drafting contracts (coexistence agreements, confidentiality agreements, license or trademarks assignment contracts). In the case of litigation, she assists them in the drafting of letters of complaint, and in the context of opposition proceedings or cancellation action before French National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) and European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).

Aude operates in all branches of intellectual property in French Law and European Union Law (trademarks, designs, copyright, fight against counterfeiting, appellation of origin). She assists domestic and foreign clients of all sizes, from various fields of activity such as food, fashion, cosmetics, real estate and finance, energy or high technology.
