Work experience
After graduation, Céline began her career in Intellectual Property in 2005 in the IP firm Cabinets Brema Loyer and then Feray Lenne Conseil in 2010, where her practice focused on mechanical, chemistry and pharmacology portfolios.In March 2012, she joined Harle & Phelip Cabinet which merged in June 2017 with Jacobacci Group.
Professional focus
Céline has an extensive practice drafting and prosecuting French, PCT and European patent applications relating to engineering subject-matter and experience handling oppositions and appeal proceedings before the European Patent Office, including multiparty proceedings and hearings in the English, French languages. She also has been involved in patent litigation, patent validity and freedom to operate. She also accompanied several clients in Supplementary Protection Certificate and Pediatric Extension proceedings before the French Patent Office.
