Work experience
Marie has worked in several French firms of Industrial Property Attorneys and in the legal department of a major advertising agency, enjoying an experience in Trademarks, Designs and Copyright. She joined the “Trademarks” team of Jacobacci in March 2018.
Professional focus
During litigations, Marie drafts cease-and-desist letters and opposition writs before the INPI and the EUIPO, and she conducts negotiations (coexistence agreements and trademark licensing or transfer agreements). She also drafts consultations in various fields and conducts trademark watches and availability searches. Finally, she is in charge of the filing strategy and notably of answering to the Offices in case of objections.
