Work experience
After his doctorate, carried out research work on behalf of the FOURNIER pharma laboratory within the Pharmaceutical Organic Chemistry Laboratory (CNRS UMR 8525) in Lille. Pascal then joined Harle Phelip in 2004, now part of Jacobacci Coralis Harle, which belongs to the Jacobacci & Partners group. Pascal is European Patent Attorney since 2009 and French Patent attorney since 2016
Professional focus
Pascal has extensive practice in the drafting and procedures relating to French, PCT and European patent applications. In addition, he is constantly in contact with correspondents for obtaining protection abroad, mainly in the United States or in Asia. Pascal also has some experience in handling patent litigation in France, but also opposition / appeal procedures before the European Patent Office. Pascal teaches at CEIPI seminars (University Law of Strasbourg) for preparation of European Qualification Examen (test A and B and pre-exam).
