Work experience
Prior to joining Jacobacci Coralis Harle, Pauline completed an internship as a jurist in a law firm specialized in Intellectual Property Law. She then worked at the Pays de la Loire delegation of the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI). Finally, she joined Jacobacci Law Firm’s “Trademarks” team in October 2018.
Professional focus
Pauline participates in the development of strategies for the filing of trademarks and designs in France and abroad. In case of objections, she responds to the Offices. Prior to filing, she regularly conducts and drafts availability searches. In case of litigation, she drafts cease-and-desist letters, as well as opposition writs before the INPI and the EUIPO. She also conducts negotiations and drafts various contracts in the field of industrial property, such as coexistence agreements, trademark assignment agreements, etc. Finally, she drafts legal opinions in various fields.
