Work experience

After a first professional experience in industry, Vianney began his career in industrial property in 2015 in a major Parisian law firm before joining Jacobacci & Coralis Harle in 2019. Vianney advises individuals and professionals from small and large companies in obtaining protection for their inventions.

Professional focus

Vianney is mainly involved in the drafting and prosecution of French, international (PCT) and European patent applications, in French or English languages, as well as in studies of patentability and exploitation of inventions. As a professional representative before the European Patent Office, he is entitled to represent applicants, proprietors and opponents before this office in written and oral proceedings.

Vianney primarily deals with engineering subject-matters and has a particular experience in the electronics and microelectronics fields. He also manages matters in the technical areas of mechanics and optics.
