Before joining Jacobacci & Partners in 2016, Vincent Le Bihan acquired a Ph’D in nanophysics at the University of Lyon and for more than 5 years several experiences in international intellectual property firms.
Professional focus
Vincent’s practice at Jacobacci & Partners includes drafting and prosecuting French, PCT and European Patent applications, in particular for subject-matter in the fields of optics and mecanics. A further focus of Vincent’s work includes detailed technical analysis for the preparation of patentability and non-infringement opinions.
